Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking an ambitious International Sales Manager who can successfully combine active B2B client acquisition with professional account management. You will work with international companies, develop accounts, build long-term relationships, and directly influence the company’s financial growth.
Key Responsibilities
Actively search for and attract new clients, expanding the contact base.
Manage client accounts: identify client needs and provide optimal solutions.
Build long-term partnerships and support clients at all stages of cooperation.
Handle objections, consult clients on company services, and create tailored commercial proposals.
Achieve sales goals and meet KPIs.
Organize and manage your sales pipeline in CRM.
Communicate via messengers, phone calls, emails, and specialized platforms.
Our Ideal Candidate
At least 2 years of experience in sales.
English proficiency at B2+ level (for international communication).
Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian (for communication with clients from Kazakhstan, Armenia, Moldova, and the Baltic countries).
Confident in using CRM systems and quick to adapt to new tools.
Strong skills in negotiation, active listening, and objection handling.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
Ambitious to grow professionally, with the potential to lead a team in the future.
